How can we help your pet and your family?

Initial In-home Visit $325

This 90-minute in-person visit is the ideal way for us to get to know your pet and family. We will review your pet’s current medical records and your answers to a questionnaire beforehand; during the visit, we will complete a thorough physical exam, discuss specifics of your pet’s disease process, and options for care going forward. As a team, we will decide on the ideal combination of treatments to keep your pet comfortable and dignified to maximize their, and your family’s, quality of life.

Initial Virtual Consult $225

This video- or phone-based consult allows us to get to know your pet and family when an in-person visit isn’t possible. You will provide medical records and fill out a questionnaire ahead of time. In this 90- minute conversation, we will discuss specifics of your pet’s disease process, and options for care going forward. Due to state law, Dr. Renée is unable to prescribe medications based solely on this virtual consult. However, we are happy to communicate with your regular vet for follow-up care. This appointment type is ideal for those wishing to discuss general quality-of-life questions or for those whose schedule, location or circumstances do not accommodate an in-person visit.

In-Home Recheck $150

In some cases, Dr. Renée will need to recheck your pet in person, either to provide a specific treatment or evaluate progress that can not be seen over video. These 45-minute appointments are available within our regular service area. These appointments can be booked online, but are only appropriate for established clients. Please email frontdesk@twilightvet.com if you do not see a day/time that works for you. This appointment type is also the next step for clients that have completed a virtual initial visit, and now want to proceed with in-home care from Twilight.

Virtual Recheck $100

Following an in-home visit, recheck appointments can often be performed by video or phone. This is both less stressful for your pet and more economical for your family. This is also appropriate for families outside of our service area, for general follow-up discussions. These appointments can be booked online, but are only appropriate for established clients. If you are new to us, please select the “Initial Consult” appointment type.

In-Home Euthanasia

We offer non-emergency in-home euthanasia only to our current patient families. We will treat your pet with dignity and compassion through all stages of end-of-life care. This service is generally available during regular business hours, but weekend and evening appointments are sometimes available (subject to an after-hours fee). We are primarily a hospice practice, so please understand that we will not be able to schedule a euthanasia without an initial consultation, either by phone, video or in person.
